This Classic Game Was Officially Released 30 Years After The Console
We’re used to new games appearing on classic computers and consoles, it happens all the time. It’s rare that a company officially releases games some 30 years on though.
That’s exactly what’s happened in the case of Boulder Dash for the Intellivision however (the shot shown is C64). The original publisher, First Star Software is still going strong today and decided to release the classic game to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The lavish box includes a cartridge, instruction manual and the plastic overlay required to work with the classic console and retails for $70.
It’s bound to become a rarity, so make sure you pick up a copy before it sells out. It’s available to order now from Naber Hood Games.
