This 7-Year Old Is Working To Keep Pokemon Go Players Safe
There’s a lot of concern out there about Pokémon Go player safety after reports of attempted thefts, injuries and some unfortunate placement of Gyms and Pokéstops. However, with some common sense protections everyone should be able to enjoy the game.
One 7-year old has come up with a smart idea to help players enjoy Niantic’s mobile release even when it begins to get a little dark. His name is Athen and he has started his own business of reflective badges for Pokémon Go players to wear so that they can be safe crossing roads and visible in the dark.
You can find out more about Poké Glo on pokeglo.com and GoFundMe.com/PokePin. He’s setting things up with the help of his mum and we have to commend the idea and his commitment to it. Hopefully they won’t get hit with any copyright issues down the line.
Athen’s efforts have also been chronicled in this Imgur gallery.
