Star Wars 1313: First Screens Reveal Stunning Engine, Evidence Points To PS4, Xbox 720
Star Wars 1313 has been revealed further via a batch of new screens from LucasArts which show off the game’s CG-level visual quality.
The images show Star Wars 1313’s Bounty hunter protagonist adventuring in Uncharted-style action sequences and fighting in cover-based shooter sections.
Gameplay can be seen in action in this Spike TV E3 clip – developer Dominic Robilliard confirms the stunning in-engine E3 demo was developed on a high-end, Nvidia-powered PC. He also adds that release date info will drop later in the year, suggesting a 2013 launch at the earliest.
LucasArts has yet to comment on other formats, but all evidence points to a release on the next-gen consoles from Sony and Microsoft.
