It’s time to get prepared for Dragon Age: Inquisition
Are you concerned about moving your Dragon Age game history from your Xbox 360 to your lovely new Xbox One? Did you miss out on Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2 and are simply concerned that without playing the older games you’ll miss out on some of the story depth in the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition? Not to worry, BioWare has you covered.
The Dragon Age: Inquisition online Keep is now live, which lets you review the optional choices from the past games and make changes.
The Keep will force you to sign in with Origin, and it then uses that to detect the choices you’ve made across the preview games. It’ll show you a brief video reviewing your story, opens up a beautiful looking ‘Tapestry’ menu and then gives you a chance to alter your decisions and weave a customised story.
Be sure to look out for the World State Manager – which appears in the top-right corner once in the Tapestry menu – to import your changes into Inquisition.
It’s well worth giving this a look, especially as BioWare has hinted that a couple of major story beats in the previous games could affect your story in DA:I; whether Morrigan has a child, for example.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is due to launch on Xbox One and Xbox 360 on 18 November 2014.
