Old New Mortal Kombat Unveiled

Ex Midway artist Vincent Proce has released a set of artwork items on his blog that formed the pitch for a new Mortal Kombat title planned before the shutters fell, that would have apparently added ‘modern multi-player’ to the original fighting mechanic.

Though MK generally follows the 'Sonic Cycle' when it comes to anticipation (i.e. joy, realisation, depression), it’s hard not to become excited about artistic direction such as this. Any avid MK fan should visit his blog forthwith!
