Telltale Games: 'You Can Do More On PC'

Tom Hopkins 17:50, Tuesday 4 August 2009

The Tales Of Monkey Island studio has confirmed the PC is the ideal platform for episodic content

With such titles as Sam & Max and Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People under its belt, you'd think Telltale Games would know a thing or two about episodic content.

In a recent interview with Total PC Gaming, founder Dan Connors suggested that the PC is the developer's platform of choice. “It's just easier and it remains very profitable," he explained.

“You can do more with the PC than you can on a platform like WiiWare”

Console gamers can breathe sigh of relief, though, as Telltale has no plans to abandon the console market. "You can do more with the PC than you can on a platform like WiiWare," added Connors, "but it's important to have a presence on consoles because there are sales to be had there, too.”
