Electronic Arts has released Mass Effect Galaxy, an iPhone and iPod Touch game that bridges the narrative gap between Mass Effect and its upcoming sequel

Mass Effect Galaxy takes the form of an animated graphic novel, mixed with top-down shooting sections.

Players take control of Jacob Taylor, a super soldier on mission to prevent alien terrorists from destroying humanity.
