Left 4 Dead 2 boxart censored

Valve has toned down the boxart for Left 4 Dead 2 due to pressure from the Entertainment Software Ratings Board
The original boxart for Left 4 Dead 2 showed a mutilated hand with the thumb, ring and little finger chewed off.
Well apparently three chewed-off digits is too much for the ESRB, and the ratings body told Valve to restore two of the fingers to the hand.
“Apparently three chewed-off digits is too much for the ESRB”
While the thumb remains chewed, the two fingers are now simply bent back.
You can see the original artwork in the gallery below (thanks Ars Technica).
We're waiting for the official Anti-Finger Restoration Left4Dead 2 petition to kick off any time now.
