THQ announces Homefront

THQ has revealed a new FPS set in a North Korea-occupied America
Homefront takes place in the year 2027, where energy crisis and economic collapse has reduced the US to "a mere shadow of the super power it once was," and open to a North Korean invasion.
Improbable considering North Korea is one of the poorest countries in the world, but very topical.
“THQ is promising a "powerful narrative" and a wide variety of aerial and ground vehicles”
Anyway...“Homefront isn’t about going to war on the other side of the world or battling aliens from another planet," said Kaos Studios design boss David Votypka. "It’s about fighting foreign invaders in your own backyard and defending your right to live.”
THQ is promising a "powerful narrative" written by John Milius (Apocalypse Now) and a wide variety of aerial and ground vehicles.
The game is being developed by Kaos studios, the same THQ-owned studio behind Frontlines: Fuel of War, for 360, PS3, and PC.
We should have more info on Homefront during E3 next week.
