Capcom's head of R&D, Keiji Inafune, has cancelled his plans to attend the Nordic Game event due to the outbreak of swine flu in Japan

"I am sorry to announce that Keiji Inafune has cancelled his appearance at Nordic Game 2009, due to corporate policy restricting foreign travel during the current influenza outbreak," said a spokesperson for Nordic Game.

Apparently Capcom is restricting foreign travel for all of its employees due to the swine flu epidemic.

“Capcom's actions have raised fears about the company's plans for E3”

130 cases of the influenza have now been confirmed in Japan.

Capcom's actions have raised fears about the company's plans for E3, which kicks off on June 2.
