Take-Two sues Apogee over Duke Nukem delay

Take-Two is suing 3D Realms and Apogee for delaying the completion date of Duke Nukem Forever
According to Take-Two Apogee breached an agreement to develop Duke Nukem Forever, after 3D Realms shut down earlier in the month and terminated the project.
“Apogee continually delayed the completion date for the Duke Nukem Forever,” said Take-Two.
“Take-Two said that it had invested USD 12 million in Duke Nukem Forever's development”
“Apogee repeatedly assured Take-Two and the video-gaming community that it was diligently working toward competing development of the PC Version of the Duke Nukem Forever.”
Take-Two said that it had invested USD 12 million in Duke Nukem Forever's development. Work on the game first started back in 1997.
