Street Fighter III Online Announced

Dave Cook 09:40, Monday 26 July 2010

Another juicy Capcom news morsel from Comic-Con, this time concerning the over-long hiatus of Street Fighter III. Fans of the game better sit down before reading further.

Not content with wowing fans with the mindblowing Street Fighter X Tekken Capcom's Yoshinori Ono upped the ante by announcing Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online.

Only a name was announced, but we're going to go out on a limb and suggest that the game will either be an Xbox Live Arcade and PSN release, a re-imagining like Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix or a browser-based version of the classic brawler.
