3D Artist, the latest magazine from Imagine Publishing, showcases sensational 3D graphics and goes behind the scenes to reveal the people and tools that make it all happen in the 3D industry.
Games development will play a big part in the magazine and in the launch issue, the magazine talks to a team of Russian coders and artists, locked in a Moscow basement, who are busy re-inventing the end of World War II in A Stroke of Fate - a reprise of the classic point and click graphic adventure. 3D Artist reveals how the game’s look and feel was developed and what kind of tools and skills any fledgling coders and artists need to create their own gaming masterpieces.
