Crytic Studios has announced the pre-release promotion and subscription pricing details for Star Trek: Online when it launches in Europe

The press release from publisher Atari reads: "Beginning today, and for a limited time only, fans and gamers can purchase special Lifetime and 12-month memberships of Star Trek Online. This limited time promotional offer expires on February 2, 2010, when Star Trek Online launches in Europe."

The costs are:
- Lifetime membership promotion £153.99/€174.99,
- 12-month membership £73.70/€83.99

“The offer expires on 2 February 2010”

Subscriptions will still require the purchase of the game. Get in there quick as the offer expires on 2 February, 2010, before the lifetime price reverts back to usual.  Otherwise the game will cost £8.99/€12.99 a month to play.
