Octodad: Dadliest Catch - the game where you control an octopus disguised as a human as he tries to act normal - will be released 30 January 2014.
Speaking to Polygon, the developer revealed that Octodad will be released on PC, Linux and Mac simulateously on 30 Jan, all for one price.
He added that the price is not yet being discussed, but will be revealed in the run up to its launch this month.
PS4 gamers still have a wait on their hands, sadly, with the console version of Octodad aiming to be released around March.
"We still need to work on trophies and some things like that a bit," said Phil Tibitoski. "Though it's more about just giving us some more room to make sure we can get it done. We don't want to make any hasty announcements."
Polygon also asked about the likelihood of a release on Xbox One or Wii U, with Tibitoski revealing that it would be entirely dependant on the success the game has on PC and PS4.
The future of Octodad and the developer Young Horses all relies on Octodad's success, however:
"We don't have any sources of income. We all had other jobs until now," Tibitoski said, "but we all quite [sic] those to finish this up and hedge our bets on Octodad.
"We need to make a certain amount to keep going as Young Horses and if we don't we need to dissolve the studio or make other plans."
It'd be a shame to see a developer of such an ingenious idea fail to find success in that, so hopefully you'll all buy the game when it launches later this month - or around March time for PS4.
Here's the trailer to show you why you need to buy it:
