If you don't already know, rumours about a possible Fallout 4 reveal have been swirling around online and front and centre of all that speculation is what is alleged to be a Fallout 4 teaser site

With Morse codes, ciphers and other tidbits being posted on the site, fans have been working together to try and find out what it all means

The latest updates to the Fallout 4 teaser site have revealed a few new bits of information for fans to get their teeth into.

First was a cipher that was translated as follows:

"Calling Black Row outstation. Reporting suspicious activity near secure location: The Institute...".

Fans are split on the second half of the message, which is interpreted to read, either, "One visual threat detected 2 --  no [wait, I made a mistake], three unknown humanoids 3 miles northwest, over", or, "One vault dweller 2 miles north; three unknown humans 3 miles northwest, over".

The Institute is a reference to MIT which, within the Fallout universe, becomes a secret technologically advanced organisation.

A new section of Morse code has been added to the site, also referring to the institute and translated as follows:

"Calling Black Row, Calling Black Row. Report: day seven, on Harvard Bridge. People are scared; last night we heard strange noises from The Institute. At the moment we see strange humans distance 2 miles north. Something isn't right with that place, over."

Either this website is turning out to be genuine, or we've got a hoaxer with a lot of spare time on their hands.

If it is genuine, it seems that The Institute will play a central role in Fallout 4.
