Almost a full year after it hits Japan and North America, Persona 4 Arena comes to Europe.

Persona 4 Arena has had its release date in Europe confirmed - May 10th this year.

The Atlus fighter hit Japanese arcades in March 2012 and was released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in July (Japan) and August (North America) that same year. A European release didn't happen and the delays bring us to this point and a confirmed release date for May.

There will be a Limited Edition bonus content pack, which has the Official Arranged Soundtrack, exclusive artwork and Digital Fan Pack. It will only be available through pre-ordering the title.

Persona 4 Arena an excellent game that's been well-received, particularly in Japan, and while it's good to see it's finally coming to Europe we're worried about the effect the staggered release date will have on the online community.

More announcements are promised for Persona 4 Arena in the coming weeks.
