The dastardly duo do Shanghai on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in the sequel Dog Days

Eidos has released the rather underwhelming box art for the in-development sequel, set to be a "raw and brutal crime shooter designed to take players on an even more intense story experience."

Set in the Shanghai underworld the game will also introduce a new visual style apparently inspired by "documentary filmmakers and the user-generated era." We're not sure what that entails, but the new teaser trailer certainly covers the 'documentary' part.

“Gamers are always looking for something new and that is exactly what they are going to get with Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days,” said IO Interactive's Niels Jørgensen, adding that the studio was grateful for all feedback from the first game.
