Armour from Mass Effect 3 will be available in Dead Space 3 - as this video shows.

Dead Space 3 players who also own Mass Effect 3 will be able to unlock Sheperd’s special armour.

The N7 armour available in the third iteration of EA’s space RPG will be available to those with a save file.
