Resident Evil Revelations could be on its way to PS3 and Xbox 360, according to a list of achievements allegedly leaked from the game.

The 3DS horror title is one of the handheld’s flagship efforts and a HD port from devs Capcom has been rumoured for months.

The achievements show a possible 1,000 Gamerscore up for grabs, suggesting the title will be a full retail release.
