Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow - Mirror Of Fate Release Date Revealed

Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow – Mirror Of Fate will apparently launch on 3DS in Europe next March, according to a recent statement from Nintendo.

Nintendo UK announced the new release window via Twitter (spotted by Siliconera) saying:

"See #Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate, coming to Nintendo #3DS in March 2013 #NintendoDirectEU http://ow.ly/fQQ71"

Unlike its console cousin, Mirror Of Fate will produce side-scrolling Castlevania action much more in-keeping with the series’ roots despite its connection with the Lords Of Shadow reboot.

Mirror Of Fate will feature four playable characters called Simon, Trevor, Alucard and Gabriel, who will be playable in the game’s prologue.

It’s not clear how Mirror Of Fate will be connected to Konami’s upcoming sequel, Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow 2, but it will give 3DS owners a chance to get in on the action.
