Brit Author Working On Three EA Games

Sci-fi writer Richard K Morgan has announced via his website that he is to work on the stories to three upcoming EA games
The award-winning novelist is known for creating dystopian futures such as those in his best-known books Altered Carbon and Black Man (known as Thirteen in the US), and his stories have been optioned for Hollywood adaptations. He's also dabbled in writing graphic novels for Marvel, so he seems to have an ideal background for working in games.
"About a year ago, and out of the blue, I got an email from one John Miles, an enforcer (okay, not really) for the British arm of EA Games," Morgan said on his site. "He had a proposition for me, was I interested? Interested, of course, was putting it mildly. Videogaming is the only thing in my life that I would fully qualify as an addiction."
“I think the gaming medium has a potential for storytelling every bit as charged and exciting as film”
"I think the gaming medium has a potential for storytelling every bit as charged and exciting as literature or film," the writer said, before adding: "I can cautiously reveal that I've been pulled in to consult on three separate games."
What could they be? As pointed out by Kotaku, Dead Space 2 is certainly an option, as is the as-yet-unseen upcoming action game from Epic that EA has agreed to publish…
