Uncharted’s rocky road from PS3 exclusive to Hollywood blockbuster has experienced another setback with second director Neil Burger exiting the production according to Variety.
Sony had originally signed up The Fighter director David O. Russell but hit the brakes on his plans to make the movie with Mark Wahlberg.
The script is currently being re-written by National Treasure writers Marianne and Cormac Wibberley - arguably the best fit for the IP so far.
