Minecraft Xbox 360 Bug Fix Update Lanching This Week

4J Studios promises that upcoming bug fixes for Minecraft 1.7.3 on Xbox 360 are just days.

Minecraft Xbox 360 edition will hopefully be updated in "sooner than a week" according to developer 4J Studios.
The update will fix some of the bugs inherent in the Minecraft 1.7.3, and will launch was soon as it exits Microsoft certification.
Meanwhile 4J's Stuart Ross confirmed that some features from Minecraft 1.9 may be brought forward into the 1.8 update, but didn't specify which.
The Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition 1.8 update still has no release date.
