Left 4 Dead 2's Cold Stream DLC has finally launched for PC and Mac, but Valve currently has 'no ETA' for the content on Xbox 360.

"We are working with MS on a release schedule," the Left 4 Dead dev team tweeted. "We don't have an ETA yet but we hope to have it out soon. It will be 560pts."

Cold Stream, which unlocks all mutations and adds five new campaign chapters (Crash Course, Death Toll, Dead Air, Blood Harvest and Cold Stream) is a free automatic Steam update on PC and Mac.

Fans reacted angrily to the delay with Valve responding to the suggestion that it never intended to launch across all platforms simultaneously. "Why would we not want to release it today?" read the tweet. "Timing it with the Games on demand release would have been perfect."

We'll let you know when Cold Stream gets dated for 360.
