Ultima Forever: BioWare Returning To Britannia With Free RPG

BioWare announces that it's next cross-platform Play 4 Free title will be a new Ultima game.

Ultima Forever, a new version of the classic online RPG is in development at BioWare.
Fans can sign up for the Ultima Forever beta on the game's site - expect a colourful, cross-platform take on the classic RPG.
"The first great Western RPG has been lovingly restored in Ultima Forever - return to the Ultima series in BioWare's new cross-platform action RPG," reads the site. "Accept the challenge from Lady British and save the land of Britannia. Play as the Fighter or the Mage and travel alone or with friends, restore virtue and become the Avatar."
Check out the new Ultima Forever map below - there are no details yet on when the game might enter beta or when a finished version might launch.
