Deus Ex Movie Rights Land At CBS, Hitman Movie Producer Attached
Assassin's Creed isn't the only videogame hit headed to the big-screen, with the rights for Deus Ex now at CBS.

Deus Ex, Square Enix's revered cyberpunk franchise is headed to cinemas courtesy of production company CBS Films following a deal that has been a year in the making according to HR.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution will provide the basis for the film which will take a "Batman Begins-like approach" to the story of Adam Jensen, according to the report.
CBS Flms and the producers are "deep into the search for a filmmaker" to bring th vision to the big screen, and Eidos-Montreal and Square Enix are involved in the continuing development of the project, adds the story.
The producers include Adrian Askarieh, whose credits include the adaptation of Hitman and the upcoming Kane & Lynch movie.
