
Ubisoft Registers 'Splinter Cell Online', 'Watch Dogs Online' Domains

Ubisoft seems to be hitting the free to play trail, by registering 'Online' web domains for many of its big IP, including Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon and Watch Dogs.

Splinter Cell Online, Watch Dogs Online and Rainbow Six Online are just a few of many new web domains registered by Ubisoft this morning, hinting that the publisher is eyeing up the F2P online market.
Spotted by by the NeoGaf community, Ubisoft has registered the following domains:

- BlazingAngelsOnline.com
- FarCryOnline.com
- LapinsCretinsOnline.com
- RabbidsOnline.com
- RainbowSixOnline.com
- RavingRabbidsOnline.com
- RaymanOnline.com
- RocksmithOnline.com
- SplinterCellOnline.com
- WatchdogsOnline.com
- YourShapeOnline.com
Ubisoft is no stranger to the free to play market, having developed Ghost Recon Online for PC and Wii U. The game is currently unreleased, but the domain registrations suggest that Ubisoft is considering more of its key games for the F2P treatment.
