Trapdoor, the indie developer behind sci-fi blaster Warp, has revealed a video prototype for cancelled project Heist, an impressive-looking side-scrolling action game.
"This is a demo we developed in early 2011, the game was destined for XBLA/PSN/PC," reads the video's description. "We wanted to make a side scrolling game about stealing stuff/cool gadgets. We took it further but eventually cancelled the project. What you see is running in Unreal."
The game features all sorts of mechanics from running and jumping to anti-gravity boots and disguise-rays - it looks brilliant.
You can see the full Heist demo video in action below - if, like us, you'd love to see the game revived like or retweet the story!
