Metal Gear Solid 5 could be taking a step closer to reality, with Kojima Productions launching a dedicated recruitment page for potential developers to work on future Metal Gear Solid.

"Big Boss wants you," reads the intro image on the Kojima jobs portal.

An image of a 'classified' dossier with the words 'don't click here' reveals the piece of canine-related art below.

Kojima Productions hopes to find "skillful engineers, artists, and game creators," at GDC next month, including "Project engineers for the latest Metal Gear Solid targeted for high-end consoles and PC," and "Engineers to help develop next-gen game engine technology for use with the "FOX Engine."

Hideo Kojima has recently been working on 'Project Ogre' - which looks remarkably similar to the Metal Gear series. Kojima also recently hinted at ideas for Metal Gear Solid 5.

Is this it? Is MGS5 in development or is this another Metal Gear Rising Revengeance-style spin-off?
