MW3 Multiplayer To Fix Modern Warfare 2’s Glitches
Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 developer Sledgehammer Glen Schofield discusses how the company intends to bring players back after the glitches and online issues of MW2.
“We listen to all of the complaints, suggestions and ideas of the
community,” said Schofield, “and if we hear one complaint raised over and over, we will act on it for sure.”
Schofield continues, “To convince people to come back to MW3 multiplayer if they abandoned us after MW2, I’d tell them that it’s a global event.”
“We’ve got big urban maps, a map out on the ocean, old returning weapons, new weapons and at the end of the day it’s still that Call of Duty twitch gaming experience.”
Schofield goes on to proclaim Modern Warfare’s biggest selling-point: “Best of all, it still makes you feel like you’re playing in a big action movie.”
This follows news that Modern Warfare 3 will innovate the co-op genre.
