CoD: Black Ops Retail Price Round-Up
Call of Duty: Black Ops – is it set to be the biggest game of 2010? Given that retailers are reporting Treyarch's cold war shooter has more pre-orders than last year's record breaking Modern Warfare 2, it's a pretty safe bet that Black Ops is going to sell big. Very big.
But where to buy the game? As usual there are numerous deals across online, high street and supermarket retailers, so check out our breakdown below to see the best offer for you:
Asda – £4.97
Get Black Ops for under a fiver if you trade-in Fable III, or buy it on its own for £36.97.
HMV – £7.99
A cheeky offer from the entertainment chain, which will give you Black Ops for eight quid if you trade-in Medal of Honor in return. Otherwise it's £42.99
Blockbuster – £0.99
Yep, you read that right – Rentailer Blockbuster will give you a brand-spanking new copy of the game for a negligible £1 but you'll have to part with any two titles from a selection including Fable III, Fallout: New Vegas or Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II.
Get Black Ops for under £30, but only when you spend £30 or more on other items in store, otherwise the game will set you back £39.97.
Morrisons – £29.99
The supermarket chain will give you Black Ops for the above price if you buy another chart title at the same time, otherwise it's £39.99
Tesco – £25
Get Black Ops for £25 if you buy 2100 Xbox Live Points , 3 Months Xbox Live Gold Membership or a £20 PS3 PSN Card at the same time, otherwise the game's £39.90.
Game/Gamestation – £24.99
You'll be able to get Black Ops in-store and online for £24.99 when you buy another Xbox 360 or PS3 game from the charts. The deal ends on 14 November. Game will also offer the game for half-price when certain titles are traded in, while Gamestation will offer a further £5 off when you trade in two games.
Cheapest No Strings:
