So I was just reading through Total PC Gaming's recent interview with Deus Ex 3's lead designer (plug) and something caught my eye - he said he prefers the 360 to the PC.

"The 360 is the first time someone has got it fully right and it's accessible to almost anyone," said Jean Francois Dugas. "...Don't get me wrong, I still love PC gaming, but I'm not hardcore about it anymore."
Now Deus Ex fans have already taken issue with some of the design decisions behind Deus Ex 3 (for being too action-orientated), and this latest revelation that the lead designer prefers consoles to PCs probably won't do much to calm the hardcore JC Denton-lovers' nerves.
The original Deus Ex was what PC gaming was all about. It offered the kind of open-ended, deep, and genre-blending experience that consoles at the time just couldn't provide. Deus Ex 2, which was developed with consoles in mind, was a far less ground-breaking experience.
Although the dev team say they want to stay faithful to Warren Spector's original vision, does Dugas' console preference mean we could be in store for a Deus Ex that is more akin to the streamlined and arguably dumbed-down Deus Ex 2? I for one hope not.
